Hi, I'm Julia Vericella, the artist and owner of 33rd Street Photography. In 2013 I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Fine Arts of Chicago and I absolutely fell in love with portraiture. For 10 years my day job was coordinating weddings and I would photograph fine art portraits in my free time. Now, I love to capture connection at weddings, engagements, and portraits through a fine art lens. As your photographer I will get to know you, help you to shake off that nervous energy and bring you into the present moment to have the best time being photographed. There is something truly magical in that moment and it makes for photos that feel natural, organic moments captured. You will walk away from our time together with a core memory and photos you will want to hang on your walls.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Savannah, GA but I do travel! There are no travel fees for up to 100 miles of travel.
How many pictures will we get?
While it may be tempting to receive thousands of photos, its very overwhelming to have that much media. I guarantee 50+ photos per hour, so you have enough photos to tell a story without the outtakes.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive your photos in 8 weeks or sooner!
Do we need to do engagement photos?
Engagement photos are a great opportunity to get to know your photographer and build rapport so you wont be nervous in front of the camera on the big day!
How do I reserve my date?
Once you choose your package we will take a 50% deposit to book the date and the remaining 50% will be due two weeks before the photoshoot date.
